1. Site & Floor Plan

Choosing the location of your new home is a unique and exciting experience. Whether you’re looking for a site or already have one in mind, the experts at Llano Real Estate Group are here to guide you through this exhilarating process. Together we can find the best place for you to lay down roots.

2. Floorplan

You can select from one of our many floorplans or bring your own, and we’ll work with you to determine the best site layout.

3. Selections

Once your initial floor plan is complete and under review, you will be assigned your own personal design specialist. Together you’ll develop a customized interior design plan that includes everything from custom cabinetry and countertops to door handles, light fixtures, and paint.

4. Pricing

After all plans have been agreed upon, you will be given a full construction invoice. Once all of this has been approved, the only money you have to put down is a $5,000 deposit and construction can begin.

5. Pre-Construction

Before starting any project, we conduct a pre-construction meeting between ourselves, our construction crew, and the homeowners. Here we’ll go over everything with a fine-toothed comb to ensure it is to your specifications, and make any changes.

6. Framing & Electrical

This is where we’ll review all the structural components of your home, including room size, showers, fireplace, driveways, etc. Any changes made during the pre-construction meeting will be shown here. Then you’ll meet with our electrician to go over your custom electrical plan, including outlet, fixture, and specialty feature placement.

7. Communication

At Llano Real Estate Group, we believe open and honest communication is one of the most important tools when building homes and communities. You will receive constant updates concerning the progress of your home, and we encourage you to visit the site whenever you like, so long as it’s safe to do so. When you partner with us, we want you to be confident you’re getting the home of your dreams.

8. New Home Delivery

Once all construction is complete, our quality control manager will conduct a final walk-through. Once that is complete, you’re all ready to move in. We’ll be sure to give you a detailed tour and review all features, owner’s manuals, warranties, and who to contact should you need any follow-up services.

Whether you decide to use our Preferred Lender or not, it’s your lender’s responsibility to ensure you’re fully approved for a loan that you are comfortable with within the first thirty (30) days from your Contract Date.
