At Llano Construction, we stand behind our work by offering a one year warranty.
We stand by our homes, plain and simple.
Llano guarantees the performance of all materials and installations for a one year, including parts and labor on everything in your home. We believe the trust and investment our clients make in our homes deserves the best warranty and service in the industry.
In addition to the one year warranty, every home is also covered by a 10-year structural warranty.
Our in-house service team will confirm everything is completed and working as expected with the new owner prior to closing and 30 days after closing. The next service interval is at 12 months, to ensure everything is working as expected.
